you will have to go to the site that provided that survey and get an html code for it.Then you copy the html code(highlight the html code and right click and select copy) once you do that,go back to your myspace page,and select where you want it to be about me,music whatever section and paste that code(right click go down and select paste).Hope this helped!

You copy the html code the survey posts after you take it, for the myspace code- edit your myspace profile, and insert( paste) that code anyplace in the about me section. Click preview and submit, done.
