I have added some html codes to my page so that my friends are hidden and some other tables are as well. When i paste the html for the survey, it does not show in my profile. What do i need to change in order for the profile to show the survey?

Probably just add it into a higher section then where all the "hidden" codes are...That worked on mine. Good luck. :)
